Bush Still Holding On To Dictatorial Powers

Caught spying on Americans and acting as if he never heard of Richard Nixon's shameful crimes, George Bush Junior arrogantly counters critics of his lawbreaking by claiming that the Constitution and the Congress have provided him any powers he chooses and that he is not bound by any law. The nation is almost incredulously speechless in the face of such abuse of power as a gobsmacked America waits for the other, almost inevitable shoe to fall: impeachment. Why hasn't it happened yet, where is the leadership? It should be the top priority of our government, all branches of our government, to police itself through the process of checks and balances built into our Constitution. But it isn't happening, almost everybody but a few heros is sitting on their hands waiting to see what the next guy will do, which way the wind will blow, which side they should decide to be on and support. And so far they've been making the wrong choices, we need to cleanse the criminality and they are not doing their jobs.

Fortunately the tide does seem to be shifting as more and more people pay attention to details that must inevitably one day be regarded as evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors, corruption and treason and mass murdering war crimes beyond imagination if it is true that Bush/Cheney/Rove staged 9/11 as an agent of change according to the PNAC plan, to justify the war in Iraq and then the coming clampdown on domestic terrorists, which of course will include anyone who speaks out or has spoken out against the Bush crime family. But if somehow impeachment does not happen, Bush's ad hoc claims to dictatorial powers as needed or revealed will be accepted de facto, and there will be nothing he can't do. Consequently they will continue with their plans as long as they escape justice, and at the same time they are corrupting justice to make sure they can escape the consequences of their crimes. It's no accident that Bush opted out of the international war crimes jurisdiction, or that Gonzo wrote legal opinions justifying torture and the violation of the Geneva Conventions, it's no accident that Bush wants more nuclear weapons and troops abroad fighting wars that enrich the rich into multibillionaires as they feed on war profits. It's all papered over in flagwaving patriotism and codewords like "support the troops" to activate the sheep response in people who rarely do much critical thinking and instead are more inclined to follow their predjudices and bigotries and superstitions and religions that sort of pre-decide for them how they should think. Their preachers tell them everything they need to know, and they're good men of the Lord that deserve our trust and faith in their ability to channel the Lord Jesus into their lives, into their schools, into their impressionable children's forming minds, and that's all they think they ever need to know. Those are the only people left supporting Bush at this point, somewhere in the range of a quarter to a third of the population depending on what kinds of questions you ask and how you ask them. These are the last holdouts, but many of them are very powerful and wealthy, basically the core of the Republican Party. These are the ones who now stand in the way of justice, and a struggle has begun for disclosure and truth instead of lost emails and I don't recalls. If these criminals are not brought to justice they will continue their hidden agenda and we are likely to find out what they have in mind with all the domestic concentration camps ready to go. Something has to stop them or the American system of checks and balances will become steadily more unbalanced and essentially lost at the point that Bush declares martial law. This could be the tipping point that determines whether the events of Titor's worldline occur on ours.

Original text written before the 2006 election: Bush has gone too far, and rational members of his party have already begun defecting so hopefully we should expect a stampede to justice as the horror sinks in to every GOP politico up for reelection.

That was prophetic in an inverse way. The Republicans DIDN'T stampede, why they didn't even trot toward justice, and they suffered a vote of No Confidence In George Bush Or His Party in November 2006. With the Democrats in control of Congress, finally there is hope. But they are being astoundingly timid, what the hell are they waiting for? There is abundant evidence for impeachment already, a Federal judge has ruled that the NSA spying violated the FISA law, WHAT THE FUCK IS CONGRESS WAITING FOR? This is the congress that impeached a president for lying about his sex life, for crying out loud. Certainly it ought to be up to the task of INVESTIGATING whether crimes were in fact performed, when the evidence is so abundant already, shouldn't it? And not to worry, impeachment is just an INVESTIGATION, remember that line from the 90's? Just the mere fact of impeachment is not any kind of conviction, oh no it's just to get to the facts ma'am. If he's innocent he's got nothing to worry about so let's just all clear the air and then we can go on with our business again instead of being distracted by all the lies and evasions going on from this administration. Uck I must be channeling Rush Limbaugh from the 90's, I just shit my pants. You all know he wears Depends, right? Side effect of all those drugs he took.

John Titor News incorporates multiverse theory by taking into account the probablistic distance from the present worldline when analyzing alternate interpretations of reality. In a system of multiverses in which according to John Titor everything that can happen does happen somewhere, some worldlines must of necessity be more similar and therefore less 'far away' than others. John's term for this was 'divergence' and it could be at least approximated if not measured as a kind of percentage difference from one's original worldline.

But how does one measure such a probablistic distance? We have no measuring tool, so we will have to make an estimate. Since any individual's estimate for a given probablistic scenario is likely to be biased consciously or unconsciously, we'll take an average of many people's estimates on the assumption that it is likely to better reflect truth than any other method available.

John Titor News therefore works as a kind of mass consensus generator, which is how reality is generated anyway -- by the preponderant forces of mass perceptions, beliefs, and desires. We take your opinion if you care to give it and we don't care if you don't so it is all up to you to decide whether you want to have a voice in your future or not. You're welcome to just passively lurk along and see what everyone else is doing to shape their world if you wish. But we really are looking for those who care to help shape it, for there are as many ways as there are universes and people on this earth to change the worldline for the better if they choose to, if they want to, if they're willing to. They are the idea generators, the drivers of creativity who have always propelled culture as its leading thinkers, the writers and inventors and revolutionaries who have made our world what it is today. We want you to be one of them and add your signature to the multiverses we are creating here using the knowledge John Titor gave us. Be creative and imagine a universe, and it will somewhere be. If it is not too far away from us probabilistically you might be able to actualize it on your own, with no other help (smashing a glass in your sink for no other reason than because you read this might be one lightweight example). But your very best efforts will be magnified by enlisting the power inherent in the vision of others to create shared universes. Until now we've all been a bunch of scattered voices echoing through various forums and emails and other venues with no focus, no resolution, not much gained at the end of the day for it. Now it is possible to know the probability that others share your opinions, how far away from the mainstream you are or aren't, and you have the ability to shape opinion yourself by originating new conceptualizations of reality that force others to think about them -- and even just that by itself has the great power of the law of attraction behind it!
